After receiving full regulatory approval for GOOD Meat cultivated chicken from both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), we are now available for sale in the United States.

The first restaurant to serve GOOD Meat in the U.S. is China Chilcano by José Andrés in Washington D.C. Andrés’ new dish, “Anticuchos de Pollo,” consists of cultivated chicken marinated with anticucho sauce, native potatoes and ají amarillo chimichurri.
