This included the safety of the cells used, protection from microbiological issues including viruses and bacteria, the safety of every ingredient fed to the cells, the risk of allergens and the safety of the processing conditions and procedures. Only when our scientists were confident that GOOD Meat was a safe product, did we share the information with outside groups. Our safety evaluation and data have been reviewed by panels of experts at the Singapore Food Agency and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These expert panels have agreed that our product is safe.
