GOOD Meat is the world’s first cultivated meat approved for sale that’s made from cells instead of slaughtered animals. Our cultivated meat is currently approved for sale to consumers in Singapore and the United States. If you’re excited to try it, or curious to learn more, here’s exactly where and how you can get it.

Where to get our cultivated meat in the United States

Cultivated meat was approved for sale in the U.S. in July 2023 and the first restaurant to serve GOOD Meat in the U.S. is China Chilcano by José Andrés in Washington D.C.

Reservations are released weekly for you to enjoy Andrés’ feature dish, “Anticuchos de Pollo,” which consists of cultivated chicken marinated with anticucho sauce, native potatoes and ají amarillo chimichurri. The dish is included in a $70.00 tasting menu celebrating Peruvian cuisine.

Where to get cultivated meat in Singapore

Singapore was the first nation in the world to approve cultivated meat for sale. GOOD Meat became available in Singapore in in December 2020 and, since then, has been served to consumers in a variety of delicious ways — from fine dining establishments to hawker stalls to food delivery apps.

Currently, in Singapore, you can order GOOD Meat at Huber’s Butchery, the world’s first butchery to sell cultivated chicken. At Huber’s, you can order dishes like a cultivated chicken sandwich dressed with a tangy mustard dressing or a spring vegetable orecchiette topped with crispy cultivated chicken, each for $18.50 SGD.

Is GOOD Meat in stores yet?

Cultivated meat products are not yet available in stores – only restaurants. As we scale our technology, retail sales will become available.
