The Eat Just, Inc. GOOD Meat 3 at Huber’s Butchery Giveaway Official Rules

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Eat Just, Inc., located at 1145 Atlantic Ave., Alameda, California 94501 (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X Corp or Meta Platforms, Inc. dba Meta or its related products, including but not limited to Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to individuals at least 18 years old and residing in the country where the giveaway is being held (Singapore). Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: If a participant does not want to purchase a GOOD Meat product, they can alternatively make a social media post that follows the rules of the Sweepstakes but instead explains what they would cook with GOOD Meat if they had the product.

ENTRY PERIOD: Entries into the Sweepstakes must be made between 9:00 am Singapore Time (SGT) on Friday, May 30, 2024 and 9:00 am SGT on Monday, September 30, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: An Instagram, Facebook or X account is required to enter. You must have an open or public account. Sign into your account (or create an account for free if you do not already have one) and complete the following actions:

1. Post a photo or video of your experience with GOOD Meat 3 on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Your content can include any or all the following: finding GOOD Meat 3 at Huber’s, bringing it home, preparing it in your kitchen, or serving it.

2. Tag @GOODMeat and @HubersButchery in the post.

3. In your caption, describe how you prepared GOOD Meat 3 and what you thought of it.

Multiple posts featuring different content will each count as a separate entry, up to 3 total per participant.

LIMIT: Each Entrant can earn up to three (3) Entries. If an Entrant creates more than three Entries, only their first three Entries will be eligible for inclusion in the random selection process, and all subsequent Entries will be discarded.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: Do not share in Stories on Instagram. Entries may not contain, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that is inappropriate, indecent, harmful, discriminatory or obscene; or violates any law. All entries must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive or violate the Social Media Site terms and conditions, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, but will not be obligated, to review entries for compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or for any reason, as determined by Sponsor.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about July 1, 2024, one (1) potential prize winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Sponsor will notify the winner(s) via direct message on social media. If the winner(s) do not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to choose another winner(s). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

DISCLAIMER: The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur during the giveaway, including but not limited to errors in entry, notification, or prize delivery.

PRIZE: One (1) grand prize consisting of a $150.00 voucher to Huber’s Butchery will be awarded (the “Prize”). The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, sold, or traded.

DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor, in addition to all other available rights and remedies, reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any Entrant permanently it believes has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by violating the Official Rules, cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other Entrants or Sponsor.

WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY: Entrants warrant that their Entry is their original work and does not (a) infringe any third-party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights, or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade names, industrial designs, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality obligations; or (b) otherwise violates applicable state, federal, or local law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified Sponsor from and against any liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees).

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that they are providing their information and consenting to to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes, as well as for administration of the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, verifying Entrant’s eligibility, contacting Entrant regarding Entrant’s Entry, awarding the Prize, avoidance of fraud/tampering, compliance with legal obligations, and analytics and improvement of offerings.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: Sponsor is not responsible for any claims arising from the Entries, specifically including, but not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement and privacy rights violations.

TERMINATION: The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, without notice.

RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
